About us

The Milaya Project is a non-profit organization founded by Nora Lorek and Nina Strochlic in 2019. It holds NGO status in Sweden and operates in Uganda.

100% of your purchase goes back into the project. The Milaya Project employees Asha Catherine, a South Sudanese refugee who lives in Bidibidi camp, to run field operations. Nora and Nina work as volunteers.

For $25, a woman in Bidibidi can feed her family for three weeks or pay for emergency malaria treatment. Thank you for the support!
